Kul, B.Sc., Cert Ed, Level 3
Founder of Prime Insurance. Kul has done every job at Prime at some point — Autoplan, personal lines, commercial, life — and today focuses on marketing, fleet policies, garage policies, and life insurance. A man of few words. He listens, and listens, and gets to the point without wasting anyone's time.
Gurpal, BA, MA, Level 1
Co-founder of Prime Insurance. Gurpal has been with Prime since it opened in 1994. She handles Autoplan at the counter and runs the office behind it — thorough, detail-oriented, and the person who's kept the paperwork and daily rhythm of the office running smoothly for three decades.
Kuljeet, BBA, CAIB, Level 2
Kul's elder son. Worked at Prime part-time before joining full-time in 2001 when he was licensed. More than two decades in, Kuljeet handles the full range — Autoplan, personal lines, and commercial — and has built his own long-standing client base alongside Kul's. The "Kuljeet" that Google reviewers keep naming by first name? This one.
Mark, CAIB, Level 2
In insurance since 1990, with Prime since 2017. Mark's depth is in commercial lines — including bonding and construction risks. When a policy wording question needs untangling, it's often Mark who gets it: from our own staff, from our clients, and often from people outside Prime too.
Kamal, Level 2
Licensed and with Prime since 2012. Kamal handles the complicated Autoplan transactions — the transfers and unusual cases that take time and patience to get right. Her style is calm and reassuring, whatever the question and whichever language it comes in.
Harman, BA, MA, Level 1
Licensed and with Prime since 2011. Harman handles Autoplan at our office and on-site at dealerships. She's known for the procedural side — ICBC transactions, compliance, and the careful admin that keeps every file clean.
Vir, BA, MA, Level 2
Licensed since 2008 and with Prime since 2015. Vir works both sides of the desk: personal lines and Autoplan with clients at our office and at dealerships, plus ICBC compliance and internal inventory audits behind the scenes. She's the comedian of the office — upbeat, positive, and the one who keeps everyone laughing through a busy day.
Seema, MBA, CAIB, Level 2
Licensed since 2017 and with Prime since 2021. Seema works across the three main lines — Autoplan, personal lines, and commercial — and is always the first to step in where help is needed.
Amar, Level 1
Licensed and with Prime since 2022. Amar handles Autoplan in the office, on-site at the dealerships we regularly work with, and at any other dealership when one of our customers buys a vehicle and wants us to handle the insurance instead of whoever the dealer would assign. He also runs the ICBC renewal reminder mail program — the reason you never miss your expiry date.
Pankaj, M. Tech, MBA, Level 1
Licensed and with Prime since 2025. Pankaj handles Autoplan at our office and on-site at the dealerships we work with. He takes his time walking clients through their coverage properly — methodical, careful, the kind of advisor who'd rather spend five extra minutes explaining than leave a question unanswered.
Waris, Level 1
Licensed and with Prime since 2025. Waris is part-time — often the advisor you'll find on the weekend shift, when most brokerages are closed. He handles Autoplan at our office and on-site at the dealerships we work with, while continuing his studies.
Deep, Level 2
Licensed since 2017 and with Prime since 2026. Brings nine years of insurance experience across Autoplan, personal lines, and commercial — quietly capable, low-ego.
