Buying or transferring a vehicle? In B.C. this must be done in person — it can’t be completed online or by mail. Download and complete the Transfer/Tax Form (APV9T) below, bring it to the office with any supporting forms, and a licensed advisor will register or transfer the vehicle and arrange your Autoplan coverage on the spot.
